The Lessons collection holds complete lessons you can teach. Taking one gives you your own editable copy, so you can cut it, re-level it, and share it without affecting the original.
Find and take a lesson
Open Collections > Lessons.
Browse the collections and open anything that looks close to your topic and level. Close is good enough. Editing beats writing.
Click Duplicate lesson. Your copy opens in a new tab and is saved to Saved Lessons.
Make it yours
A duplicated lesson is a normal lesson. The fastest first pass is:
Delete or hide the blocks you will not teach.
Re-level what is left in one go with the Ask Roshi panel. See Adjust an existing lesson.
Rename it so you can find it again. See Name and label lessons.
Then share it
Good to know
Your copy never changes when the curated lesson is updated, and your edits never change the curated lesson.
If you only want one part of a lesson rather than the whole thing, use the Material collection instead. See Add ready-made blocks to a lesson.
You can take the same lesson twice, for example one copy for a beginner group and one for an intermediate group.
